Charles Kinzer	General	There are photos where this car looked MUCH better in the 1960's on CB&Q steam fan trips with the car painted blue with a grey roof. The letterboard had "TRMSP&B" and the car name was "Captain Hook". I rode one of those fan trips on 4/28/1963 to Dubuque, Iowa and this car was in the consist.	11/8/2020 3:06:41 PM
